Mediation services

We provide mediation services, that is, mediation during complex negotiations, resolution of conflict situations of a legal nature without trial, when the parties are still interested in continuing cooperation, but are unable to resolve differences on their own:

1. organization of the negotiation process;
2. objective consideration of the arguments of each party to the negotiations;
3. searching for solutions to eliminate contradictions and bring positions closer together;
4. clear recording of the agreements reached by drawing up binding agreements for the parties.
